About Bodo's Cafézelt at Oktoberfest
Bodo's Cafézelt & Cocktail Bar has been a unique highlight at the Wiesn since 1993 — and the only tent at Oktoberfest that serves no beer. Instead, guests are treated to a colorful world of homemade pastry specialties, fine cocktails, prosecco, and champagne.
Founded by legendary master pastry chef Bodo E. Müller — affectionately known as "the doughnut king" — the colorful tent is now run by Otto Lindinger and has become a permanent fixture of Oktoberfest. During the day, it invites families and food lovers to a relaxed break from the Wiesn hustle — over a mug of coffee, the famous Kirsch doughnuts, and a wonderful selection of cakes and strudels. From late afternoon, the tent transforms into a lively cocktail bar with live music and party atmosphere.
