We are a team of enthusiastic Wiesn-goers and have set ourselves the goal of digitizing the world's most famous folk festival.
As the founders of a digital agency, it has always been our ambition to think about everyday things digitally and develop them accordingly. This is exactly what we did at the Wiesn when we introduced our first digital reservation system with integrated payment in the Marstall festival tent in 2017. Since then, a lot has happened and we have been able to win many Wiesn hosts as customers, which is why we founded Festzelt OS as an independent unit in 2022.
Oktoberfest Booking
Oktoberfest Booking is the first central booking portal for tables at the Oktoberfest. Reservation requests are forwarded directly to the respective marquee and processed by them. Oktoberfest Booking is therefore not an intermediary for tables from third parties (e.g. agencies, travel agencies, dealers, etc.), but a central aggregator. The respective table requests are processed by the respective tents directly via our reservation solution Festzelt OS. For this reason, we unfortunately have no influence on the acceptance or rejection of individual reservation requests
About Festzelt OS
Festzelt OS is the cloud-based reservation system for marquees: Festzelt OS can map the entire workflow of a reservation office: Display tables and their availability, send invoices and booking confirmations, manage consumption vouchers and coordinate admission on site. In addition to the actual reservation solution, Festzelt OS offers a variety of other solutions for the management of tent operations: e.g. individual apps for tents, person management tools or account management tools.
