Oktoberfest-booking.com is a service of Festzelt OS GmbH. Festzelt OS is the cloud-based reservation system for tents: Festzelt OS can map the entire workflow of a reservation office: Display tables and their availability, send invoices and booking confirmations, manage consumption vouchers and coordinate admission on site. In addition to the actual reservation solution, Festzelt OS offers a variety of other solutions for the management of marquee operations: e.g. individual apps for tents, personnel management tools or account management tools. Processing of Personal Data

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

  • Information about the browser type and version used
  • The user's operating system- The user's internet service provider
  • The IP address of the user - Date and time of access - Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
  • Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system and is not stored together with other personal data of the user; the legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session, which is also our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Facebook Pixel

The website uses. “Facebook pixel” of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if the user is based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, is used. With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called “Facebook ads”).
