The sale of table reservations at a significantly inflated price, whether privately or commercially, is strictly prohibited. Such cases regularly result in the cancellation of the reservation. In addition, the affected festival tent may claim damages from the original reservation holder.
Exchange of reservations between private individuals
An exchange of reservations between private individuals is only permitted with the consent or prior notification of the festival tent. Since reservations are usually tied to a specific person, the tent may refuse entry if the transfer has not been reported.
Resale at the original price or with a small surcharge
Resales that result in the cancellation of the reservation
A resale at the original price or a slightly higher price (e.g., to cover incurred costs) is only permitted with the consent and prior notification of the respective festival tent. If the resale occurs without approval or notification, the reservation claim may also be forfeited.
